  Place is disgusting, dead bugs in the lights and the color scheme is hideous. This place obviously is mismanaged and Verizon should dump this retailer. Anyways I went in to get help with my phone a couple weeks ago and was greeted by a short dude who then proceeded to tell me that I need a new phone within the first 30 seconds of handling it. I heard out his pitch and decided to check out the corporate store. They fixed my phone right away and I got quotes on the phones I was interested in. This store was much higher than corporate and required a down payment of $200 even though corporate said I was approved for 0% down. They tried to charge me an extra $100 for the same phone and make me pay more upfront. DO NOT GO HERE, after reading the reviews I can confirm they do not charge the same as other Verizon stores. The owner is a filthy scammer.
